Applictaion & legalization
- We help file your marriage notice at one of Hong Kong’s two marriage offices. You only need your passport, and if applicable, divorce decrees or previous marriage certificates.
- We'll guide you through the simple notarization of the “Notice of Intended Marriage” — it’s the only paperwork step you handle yourself.

Submission & Confirmation
- You send your documents to Hong Kong and we will submit them and pay the registration fee (305 HKD) on your behalf.
PLEASE! BOOK YOUR HOTEL & FLIGHTS ONLY AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION FROM HE REGISTRY OFFICE!!!

Your Wedding Week
- You need to arrive 2 business days before the ceremony to present your original documents in person. - After the wedding, apply for the apostille for international validity, this takes also 2 woeking days.
Optional embassy visits may be required depending on your nationality — we’ll guide you through it.
After the Wedding: What’s Next?
Your marriage is valid – worldwide.
Right after the ceremony, you’ll receive your official Hong Kong marriage certificate — with names spelled exactly like in your passports.
• No mandatory registration in Germany, though doing so might bring tax benefits. Check with your local registry office.
• Name change can be handled later with your local civil registry.
• You can now apply for a family reunion visa to bring your spouse to your Country.
